1) Learning Consultancy

I provide consultancy on learning strategy where I help small businesses set up effective learning processes. I also audit and advise on improving their existing offerings, empowering business owners and learning teams to maximise the inclusivity, engagement and impact of their learning experiences.

2) Learning Design

I provide end-to-end design for learning experiences - both live and digital. This includes full programmes, online courses and workshops. I have experience with authoring tools such as Rise 360 as well as a wide variety of learning platforms and LMS integration.

3) Learning Facilitation

I deliver professional training in the form of live workshops, guiding learners to support their professional and personal development. Topics vary from conflict management to prioritisation to public speaking and many more. My style is highly interactive, informative and engaging!
